Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and tk877 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on tk877, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use this platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only. All other provisions of these Terms remain in full force.

Section 2

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with tk877, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tk877 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, play, or claim any bonus or promotion under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and entirely on your own behalf. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicating bets, or operating in any professional or commercial capacity without prior written consent from tk877.
• You have not previously had an account with tk877 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify tk877 promptly of any changes to your registered information.
• You are not knowingly using the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to tk877 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

tk877 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal facilities, the withholding of any pending withdrawals, or the permanent closure of the account. tk877 will not be liable for any loss arising from the suspension or closure of an account where the Member has failed to provide the requested documents.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each Member may hold only one account with tk877. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where tk877 identifies or reasonably suspects that a Member holds or has held more than one account, tk877 reserves the right to close all associated accounts with immediate effect, confiscate any balances, and permanently bar the individual from registering again. The following account security obligations apply to all Members:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tk877 will never ask you for your password by any external means including email, SMS, or social media.
• All activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed it, unless you have notified tk877 in writing that your credentials have been compromised.
• You must notify tk877 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. tk877 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members, is prohibited. Each account is personal to the registered Member and must not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

tk877 may, at its sole discretion, require Members to complete enhanced verification procedures (KYC) at any point. This may include providing a government-issued photo identification document, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, and documentation confirming the source of funds used to make deposits. Verification is non-negotiable and is a condition of continued platform access.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on tk877 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. tk877 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tk877, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the account (same-source rule), subject to the successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume or during public holidays in Bangladesh.
• tk877 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the receiving payment account must match the name of the registered Member. Withdrawals made to payment methods that do not belong to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• tk877 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any deposit or withdrawal. Where AML checks identify unusual patterns, tk877 may delay, block, or refer the transaction to the appropriate authorities without incurring any liability to the Member.

Funds deposited into a tk877 account are used exclusively for the purposes of gaming and betting on the platform. tk877 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero, after which the account will be closed. Members will be notified by the contact method on file before any dormancy fee is applied.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

tk877 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional benefits to Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• The welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 is available to new Members on their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer and is valid for one use per account.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, both the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it are forfeited automatically.
• tk877 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered will be permitted to continue under the original terms.
• Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings confiscated, and their account closed permanently.

Section 6

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the gaming environment is a fundamental condition of access to tk877. All game outcomes in the casino section use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and all sports betting odds are calculated by independent pricing models. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to a standard human player.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event, or engaging in any form of chip-dumping, seat-changing, or coordinated wagering across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or apparent platform error are not valid and will be voided. Members are required to report errors to support immediately upon discovery.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction, including the submission of forged or altered identity documents.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or the use of proceeds of criminal activity, regardless of the payment method or transaction size involved.

Where tk877 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to suspend or close the account with immediate effect, void all pending bets and bonus balances, withhold any withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law. tk877's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 11.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

tk877 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Members manage their play. All real-money gaming activity on this platform is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming facilities are available to every registered Member free of charge and without precondition:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a reduction in a deposit limit takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration. These alerts appear on-screen and require acknowledgement before play continues.
• Self-exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, no deposits will be accepted, and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk877 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the intellectual property of tk877 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of tk877.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk877 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if tk877 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

tk877 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific time frame. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party payment provider outages are outside tk877's direct control. tk877 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable following any unplanned disruption.

Section 10

Changes to Terms and Account Termination

tk877 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, tk877 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying affected Members by their registered contact method. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

tk877 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, subject to the return of any genuine cash balance (excluding bonus balances) held in the account at the time of termination, after deducting any amounts owed by the Member to tk877. A Member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Section 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tk877's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact the tk877 support team at [email protected] with full details of the matter. tk877 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through this internal process, the matter may be referred to an appropriate third-party mediation service. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective action.
